Au+Engineering (a-u-plus) is a female-owned traffic engineering firm founded by Gaby Tassin, a respected professional known for her meticulous attention to detail and high standards in proposal preparation for traffic engineering projects. When others in the industry began referring to her work as the “gold standard,” we embraced that label and built a brand around it — starting with the name Au+, inspired by the periodic symbol for gold.
Our goal was to create a bold and modern brand that would stand out in a traditionally male-dominated field while reflecting Gaby’s precision and professionalism. We designed the logo, website, business cards, a suite of marketing materials including holiday greetings and email campaigns, and branded templates for proposals and stationery, all unified by a clean aesthetic with refined metallic accents that echo the concept of excellence at every level.
The result is a confident, elevated identity that not only distinguishes Au+Engineering in the transportation industry but also celebrates the strength, expertise and leadership behind the brand.
